Circle Size Maximums

Solid Aluminum extruded section up to 7.5inches
CCD and Hollow Aluminum extruded section up to 5.5inches CCD normally. However, higher CCD up to 8.3inches in solid and 6.5inches in Hollow section can be undertaken, depending on the design.


Minimum Circle Size for Solids and Hollow

Solid: 1/8inch. Hollow: 1/3 inch


Presses

2 Presses are Available: 1650 MT and 980 MT Capacity. Both are Hydraulic
Extrusion presses.


Anodising
Our plant has a onsite anodizing plant with machines from Italtechno, Italy, which ensures uniform coating in different colors such as silver, champagne, bronze and black to suit the taste and décor.
